Reporting to: Regional Manager: Sales
Location: Cape Town
Europcar is currently seeking a highly driven, client-centric professional with the ability to effectively coordinate and support the sales team and office, while driving service excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the team while managing client interactions, overseeing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Job Outputs
- Provide support for the sales team members.
- Make and administer reservations as per customer requirements, going the extra mile to successfully meet customer requests for vehicles.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing and tenders, etc.
- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Investigating and providing timely feedback on queries, billing errors and accident claims.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive and professional interaction.
- Ensuring accurate record keeping of all pricing and sales activity reports, including the timely submission thereof.
- Loading Purchase orders, petty cash claims, fuel and all other offices expenses.
- Overseeing marketing supplies and distribution of them
- Other sales coordination and general administrative duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Driver’s license (Code 8).
- Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - minimum level of acceptable competency is Intermediate.
- Previous exposure to major RFP’s and tenders required for Sales.
