Business Unit: Motus Car Rental

Reporting to:  Regional Manager: Sales

Location: Cape Town


Europcar is currently seeking a highly driven, client-centric professional with the ability to effectively coordinate and support the sales team and office, while driving service excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the team while managing client interactions, overseeing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and consistently delivers results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


 

Job Outputs
  • Provide support for the sales team members.
  • Make and administer reservations as per customer requirements, going the extra mile to successfully meet customer requests for vehicles.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing and  tenders, etc.
  • Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Investigating and providing timely feedback on queries, billing errors and accident claims.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive and professional interaction.
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping of all pricing and sales activity reports, including the timely submission thereof.
  • Loading Purchase orders, petty cash claims, fuel and all other offices expenses.
  • Overseeing marketing supplies and distribution of them
  • Other sales coordination and general administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12.
  • Driver’s license (Code 8).
  • Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - minimum level of acceptable competency is Intermediate.
  • Previous exposure to major RFP’s and tenders required for Sales.
